Arrival and departure
The accommodation is from saturday till saturday, in the high season (July and august). Your mas will be available from 16 pm and the housework will be done. It will have to be liberated at the latest 10 am, except for the short stays during the low season. You will find a descriptive inventory by the front door. Just before you leave, we will make sure that the accommodation corresponds to this descriptive inventory. You will have to leave the flat clean.

Guarantee deposit
You will be asked a guarantee deposit of 300 € when you arrive, which will be given back to you at the end of your stay after deduction in case of possible damages in the flat.

Indise Rules
Leisure residences have grades of accommodations and follow the rules. As a consequence there is a contract that is to be respected by everyone. Animals and pets are not admitted on the site. Each tenant has to show respect for other people's well being.

In case of cancellation
If ever you cancel your booking you have to notify it to us in writing. We shall keep your deposit which can be deducted on a next stay before one year. It will be held if the cancellation intervenes more than 35 days before the date of arrival 35% of the rent, from 34 days to 15 days 75% and less than 15 days 100% of the amount. An early departure or late arrval will give place to no refund.
